Loosen the body. Steady the breath.
Slow hatha classes in Amman, with time for posture, breathing, and rest.
A class for the body you bring
Classes begin with the body as it is that day. Stiff lower backs, tight shoulders, and a busy mind all have a place on the mat.
Hatha is taught slowly. A posture is held. Alignment is adjusted. The breath sets the pace.
Time changes the work in a posture
Speed can hide the work. Time in a posture makes small details clear: feet, hips, shoulders, and breath.
This is useful when the lower back feels tight or the neck carries too much. The class does not diagnose pain. It gives the body time to loosen and the mind time to settle.
Classes through the week
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday have morning and evening classes; Friday has an 11:00 class.

You do not need to be flexible
Flexibility is not an entry requirement. It changes through practice. Start with the range you have. Afsha offers clear adjustments and time to learn each posture.
